Altis Consulting, Sydney looking for a capable Office Admin Assistant, with some experience in co-ordinating events to fill a 6 month MAT leave contract. To start March 2019.

Duties include:
Office Management
 
  • Reception 
  • General office upkeep
  • Ordering/monitoring of consumables 
  • Building and facilities management
  • Expenses reconciliation
  • Organising Travel
  • Supporting new starter induction
  • Supporting the Management team
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Event Coordination:
 
  • Coordinate team building, charity events, staff gifts/birthdays & team awards.
  • Conferences, in-house training courses & brown bag sessions.

You’ll be:
 
  • MS Office 365 savvy
  • Pipedrive CRM or similar savvy
  • A pro-active multitasker, who’ll look to answer questions not yet asked.
  • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic
  • Ready to Start March 2019
